Where a shipping promotion is offered, it will only be available on selected products and to selected locations.

Please note: Perth, Darwin and Hobart are excluded from all free ship metro promotions.

 

Shipment Processing Times

At Lux and Willow, all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated within the checkout process via Auspost postage calculator. In some cases, for rural postcodes, if your order needs to be packed in multiple packages or is otherwise unusually bulky, our online postage calculator may not be able to accurately calculate your shipping charges. These instances are rare but should this arise, we will get in touch with you to let you know. Our carrier, Australia Post provides a delivery estimate (days after dispatch) of:

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. And order can Track here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/.

We currently do not ship outside Australia.
